[Web4lib] Looking for current cost models for contracted digital services

I am interested in seeing any cost models for digital services that 
libraries are contracting out for interested parties who cannot afford 
to purchase their own CMS system or have a limited number of objects for 
digitization; i.e., smaller libraries, archives, and museums who wish to 
use larger libraries' CMS services, servers, and personnel for their 
digitization and digital collections, and want to pay for certain 
services (scanning, metadata cataloging, hosting and preservation, 
project management and website design).  Please reply privately to me
