I don't know how the browser looks on OLPC, but the standard way of
creating exceptions to popups in Firefox would be to go to the menu bar
and go

Tools->Options

Then to the right of the "Block pop-up windows" press the "Exceptions"
button. You can then add the URL of the site you want to allow to
generate popups.

Subject: [Web4lib] OLPC computer, Gecko browser and popups

I'm basically illiterate when it comes to the techie side of computer
use and I need some assistance.

When OLPC (one laptop per child) had their "give one, get one" drive, I
participated. My idea for this laptop was to take it to meetings and
conferences because of its portability. I love this 'mini' laptop except
for one thing: remote access to our school email requires a popup and
evidently this Gecko browser has a popup blocker. Any idea how to get
around it? My first thought was to install Mozilla Firefox, however,
installation download and installation also requires a popup.

I have spent sometime on the OLPC wiki but haven't found the solution so
far. Anyone else encountered and fixed this yet?
