[Web4lib] promoting online databases on public terminals

Maybe I'm doing it wrong... I tried to make Firefox shortcuts to the 
specific sites by
Load the desired page in Fx.
Drag the address bar to the desktop & it creates a shortcut.

If firefox isn't already running, clicking on the shortcut says the 
application "<website name here>" cannot be found.
Click OK, then it launches Fx and loads the page.  I can't have a bunch 
of seemingly broken links on the desktop, anybody know what do to 
differently?
