Eager to develop powerful applications that actually help people find what they need? Interested in digital publishing? This position provides an opportunity for an innovative and service-oriented individual to join a dynamic team of programmers and analysts in CDL's eScholarship Publishing Group. Reporting to the Publishing System Architect, this position will be responsible for implementing, updating, and maintaining eScholarship publishing services. The incumbent will work with various search and display technologies, particularly but not exclusively dynamic XML/XSLT publishing platforms.
The eScholarship Publishing Group at the California Digital Library is home to the University’s eScholarship program - a strategic publishing initiative that promotes innovation in scholarly communication by developing and supporting low-cost distribution services and new publishing models for academic publications across the UC system and beyond.
