[Web4lib] ValueLine remote access?

An investment club in an area may sponsor us a subscription for ValueLine
with remote access. However,

ValueLine doesn't do its own authentication unlike Gale and the other
databases that we have that do their own authentication.

 

For those libraries that have provided remote access to ValueLine - how have
you done it? EzProxy or some other way? How expensive and how time involved
it has been for your tech staff?
