Hello from New Zealand,

Are projects based outside of the US eligible?

I work on the Kete software project (http://kete.net.nz/) which is
used for collaborative digital archiving by libraries and other
community organizations in New Zealand. Kete Horowhenua (http://
horowhenua.kete.net.nz/) being the most mature example. We've
recently had our first US library installation, but most of the
development of the software takes place here. I'm curious whether
either Kete Horowhenua or the Kete software would be eligible for
entering. I'll take a closer look at your information.

Cheers,
Walter
