[Web4lib] Another RSS-related Question

If you use Dreamweaver to design your website, I found a neat little
PHP RSS writer extension.

I have used it a few times and it produces good results. No need to
write a single line of script. But I guess it wouldn't hurt if one
knew some PHP.
