I customized the code provided from easycfm.com:

works very well and pretty simple to tweak.

In my experience, if you have data that would make sense as an RSS feed,
and access to some sort of server-side scripting, making a feed is not
very difficult. I use RSS 2.0, described at
<http://www.rssboard.org/rss-specification>.
