Feedburner.com is pretty simple and easy to use. There are many ways to
syndicate a feed on a webpage, just depends on what you want to be able
to do.
PHP has a native RSS XML to HTML function as well (it's the XML_RSS PEAR
extension that you'd need to have installed on your web server, which
would need to be running PHP as well obviously).
That'd require a little more work, but also give more flexibility.
