[Web4lib] Tables of Contents/Current Contents Newsletters

Hi
Does anyone have a good app for collating Tables of Contents and sending out as a monthly newsletter - preferably with the ability to add the entire webpage, create folders and then create report including a contents page?
Netsnippets desktop bar used to do this brilliantly for me, but it is not being maintained anymore.  
I haven't found anything else that works as well.
Any ideas?
