[Web4lib] Lightbox?

LibraryThing for Libraries uses a version of lightbox (using JS to get
data, not Ajax, and there are some other deep changes). Click on a tag
and the pop-up is a lightbox.

We found a lot of browser problems with the existing lightbox scripts.
I can't recall specifics, but I think it was because they rely on
Prototype and there are bugs with Safari in particular. Our is
Prototype-free.
