They didn't answer your question :-( That will give you the IP address
of the particular computer. The vendor wants CIDR[1] for your schools
network. You can make an educated guess by using your subnet mask as a
starting point but you are better off asking your network administrator
for the specifics.

If you are NAT(ed) then you will just need to provide the Vendor with
the NAT's address.
