For what it's worth, NEDCC is one option.

You might get a more relevant recommendation if you could specify your
needs. On site or off? Bulk or careful handling of individual
rare/brittle items? What kinds of materials? Do they have to be
geographically near you? Do they need to provide a
from-scan-to-searchable-web-interface service, or just provide you with
files?
If you haven't already, you might also want to ask the folks over at the
Society of American Archivists. http://www.archivists.org/ They also
have a list of publications on digitalization, which can be purchased
from them or perhaps borrowed from a library.
