[Web4lib] Question: "Library 2.0 and Accessibility"

For a research project: I am interested in any information (surveys,
articles, blog postings, and more) on the stated topic, "Library 2.0 and
Accessibility". I have some research on general Web 2.0 and
Accessibility, but if you know of something special, please include it.
