[Web4lib] Movable Type or Wordpress MU for multiple library blogs?

FWIW, this is easy to do using Drupal. Drupal sets one "official" blog
per user, but since most content in Drupal is in essence equivalent,
you can use the taxonomy system to create an unlimited number of blogs
per user, each with its own RSS feed. There are techniques that you
can employ to make these selectively available, if that is a
requirement.
