[Web4lib] open source catalogs that will truly allow you to export a marc record from OCLC

My apologies if this has been covered ... does anyone know of an open
source catalog software that actually lets you export a record from OCLC
into the catalog? I'm looking into this and noticed folks saying that
they are marc compatible, but I'm wondering if it's actually possible to
just click on export like we do with our III system.
