[Web4lib] CSS Margins

As someone else will no doubt say, it is always best to send a url.
Without that, it's very hard to tell how to do this because of
inheritance... 
Can you change the code? The easiest way is to put a wrapper div to wrap
everything in the fixed width to that width, and another div for the
100% content.
