CADL is using Quills here: http://cadl.org/blogs
What you'll notice about Quills (and most Plone Products most of the time) is that it's using the CSS assigned to the rest of the site. If a Plone blog Product is not picking up the CSS of the rest of the Plone site, I'd say it's time to use a different blog Product.
