Yipes!
The sad thing is there is no excuse for this. If the path strings in the
URL are not meaningful to humans, there is no reason for them to encode the
information in any exapnsive form. The CMS can create a compact string to
serve to users. If need be, take the ugly URL and compress it as TunyURL
would, and decode it on the fly into the language the CMS engine needs to
understand.
