Pay careful attention to what the sales guy says about licensing & public performance rights. There might be weird limitations on how many people can view the movie at one time, whether or not the library can show it to a group that includes people who aren't users of PPL, whether or not users can download the movie to a non-library computer and what happens after they view it, that sort of thing. If the sales guy says that the company has already dealt with all that via some umbrella licensing agreement, and they have, that's great; but be paranoid, ask tough questions and read the fine print very, very carefully.
