[Web4lib] Office 2007 and XP

Of those who are using 2007, have you deployed it for public use?  I was
preparing to purchase more licenses of 2003 but fear I could run into some
questions from our director as to why I did not make the move to 2007.  (My
main concern is user confusion and the file types, especially for users who
will save these files to work on again later either at home or elsewhere).
