All,
I am wondering if any among us can read technical documentation in
French. We are trying to install the software in the hyperlink below
that was written mostly in French.
http://www.pleade.org/en/documentation/install.html
Installing it was possible -with help from English from Denver
Public- but it is going beyond that that is stumping as. I already
posted questions over at the developers mailing list and received no
response. From what we can determine there is something wrong with
the import process. When we attempt to import XML files we get no
error but it is clear that something somewhere fails.
I was wondering if
a) Anyone has secretly implemented Pleade and is not listed on their
website.
b) Anyone reads technical French and wants to practice. :-)
c) Recommendations for a preferably open source search engine and
browser for archival finding aids encoded in EAD/DTD. [1]
thanks in advance,
./fxk
[1] We are already looking at Archon
