If Stacy's email didn't make you doubt validity already check ARL's 
January 2007 issue.  A study, "Measurement of Use of Electronic 
Resources: Advances in Use Statistics and Innovations in Resource 
Functionality" found that EBSCO's search counts were actually much lower 
than COUNTER <http://www.projectcounter.org/> compliant search counts.
