[Web4lib] OAI collection question

Not to be dense, and I apologize for what is probably patently obvious... 

What software is available that will take all of the records to be published in an information repository and display them/ present them as needed in appropriate OAI format? I started working on my own (http://www.pullman-museum.org/cgi-bin/pvm/parseDBForOAI.pl) in Perl, but, after looking at the basic functionality and error handling requirements (http://www.openarchives.org/data/registerasprovider.html), I would rather use something written than have to reinvent the wheel. Any ideas?
