[Web4lib] Installing Helix server on a Windows 2003 EE server

Has anyone installed RealMedia's Helix server on a Windows 2003 (EE) server? I have a couple of embarrasingly stoopid questions about the process, specifically the interaction between IIS and the Helix server. The documentation has been less than useful in this regard.
