Microsoft Visio has some floor plan templates that would allow you to create something like at VCU.

Hello!  With apologies if this has been addressed before (I tried to search the archives without success):

Can anyone recommend a very ***easy to use*** tool to create library floor plans?  I'm a novice - not afraid of technology or trying new tools, but I'll be starting at square one on the learning curve.
