It's a lot better than the NYT article on the same topic. I don't think I rolled my eyes and sighed in frustration even once! :-)

I liked the Karen Schneider quote:

"We may want people to spend hours learning our arcane systems, but the reality is they're going to default to the path of least resistance. We need to be in that path."

I imagine that more than a few librarians might bristle on reading that. :-)
