[Web4lib] RE: [Publib] Job listing- Webmaster in CT

In Minnesota, there is a  fee to take a Civil Service Exam, which is 
different than applying for a position.  There is no fee to apply for 
any State position, whether it's in a Library or State University or in 
any of  the other State Job Listings.
