Which raises valid privacy concerns, not security concerns. It's
exactly this third-party cookie technique that lets sites you know
nothing about follow your movements among multiple other sites, and
share that data with you-know-not-whom.
It's unfortunate that the IRS would be so insensitive to this, but the
O.P. will just have to make an exception for them in the IE settings.
