[Web4lib] google custom search for IGOs

Just wanted to let folks know that David Oldenkamp at U. of Indiana has 
created a google custom search for Intergovernmental Organizations 
(IGOs). Pretty handy since IGOs like the UN, OECD, IMF... have disparate 
sites but LOTS of documents and information. Check it out:
