[Web4lib] Problems with Wikipedia

According to the revision history of the page, that vandalism was reverted
three minutes after it was posted. Someone from the same IP address (the
same person I'm sure) also vandalized the Battle of Hastings page yesterday
too and that was reverted two minutes later. If anything this is an example
of the incredible level of commitment to quality and accuracy often
demonstrated by Wikipedia editors. There is a fine line between protection
and restriction, and in a wiki community, one runs the risk of instituting
so many restrictions that people don't feel comfortable or compelled to
post.
