[Web4lib] NCIP - open source solutions

Hi Folks,

Is anyone aware of open-source implementations of NCIP?  There are a few
products out there that seem to do a great job, but I have noticed that
IndexData are doing something with NCIP:

functionality using the NISO NCIP protocol, if relevant."
