[Web4lib] Dreamweaver 8 vs Microsoft Expression Web

Has anyone used Microsoft Expression Web, the web authoring package that is
replacing FrontPage?  How does it compare to Dreamweaver 8 in advanced
features, learning curve, tech support, and standards.
