[Web4lib] Wiki for library procedures

Hi all,
 
Do you use a WIKI for your library procedures [eg. information desk
procedures]?
 
If so, what software do you use?
 
How much staff time is involved in managing / maintaining the WIKI?
 
If you have any suggestions for a better alternative I'd love to hear
from you.
