Way, way back in the lost mists of time I remember liking http://www.webmonkey.com.  The website last I heard was supposed to be taken down, but apparently hasn't been.  I don't think it's being updated though.

More recently I've grown fond of http://www.quirksmode.org/.  The author of the site recently redesigned it for the release of his book, but I'm not a fan of the redesign.  It seems much harder to navigate, but it still has some of the best resources on javascript that I've seen in a while.
