[Web4lib] Reminder about Web4Lib posting policy

On behalf of the Web4Lib advisory board, let me remind everyone about
the list's posting policy and the guidelines for appropriate list
behavior, available online at <http://lists.webjunction.org/web4lib/>.
Among the points in the posting policy:

  - All messages must relate, however slightly, to the general topic
    of World Wide Web systems and libraries or library staff. The list
    owner interprets this rather broadly, but messages that are
    clearly off-topic will not be tolerated.

  - Advertisements are not appropriate.


Repeated violations of the posting policy may result in the offender
being removed from the list.
