The student Web Team is currently in the process of a major redesign of our Program website: current site: http://www.hawaii.edu/slis new site draft: http://wwwdev.hawaii.edu/slis .

Doesn't University of Hawaii already have a uPortal (actually Luminus)
installation. At least according the site I maintain for uPortal
(www.uportal.org) I've got them listed as an institution which has
implemented uPortal. uPortal provides all of the features listed above.
I know that your university is also doing work with Sakai and the Kuali
projects. I'm a developer for one of the Kuali components and two of my
collegues have been involved with Kuali since it's inception and I know
that one of the earliest developers retreats was held at UH.
