[Web4lib] Pdf to MSWord conversion software

I'm not too familiar with the OpenOffice conversion abilities but you
may be able to use it to go from PDF to Word. I know you can go from
Word to PDF. There was a lightning talk at Code4Lib about using the OO
API in DSpace to automatically convert Word and other submissions to
PDF. You can see an example on this page:
