[Web4lib] Headphones in public libraries

[HOL Keith Jones]

We attach headphones to all of our internet stations.  I plug 
them into the sound port in the back and attach the cord to 
the cabinet using a zip strap.  We have not had any thefts 
that I'm aware of.
