[Web4lib] EndNote Connection Files

I'd also suggest calling EBSCO tech support and asking them what is required
for a Z39.50 connection. I'm not sure which of those three IDs is considered
the user ID, but only the user ID and the password are required for EBSCO
connections. When I asked a few years ago they just gave me one id to use.
