[Web4lib] graphics based content filter

John,
To block images but not text, some filters allow the Admin to block by file
type (extension) within one of the categories. I don't know of any content
filters that actually look for skin tone and then only block the skin tone
images.  They may use too much skin tone as one of their factors to
categorize the page into "pornography" but they still would only block the
image by file type.

I put up a site at http://libraryfiltering.org that collects about 100
features of content filters and you can compare them by product and by
feature.  It's not the slickest matrix but it helps.  When I look at all the
product that say "Yes" to "Admin can block images but not text within a
category" there are about 6 products there.
