[Web4lib] Resources for learning MySQL

Actually, from what I remember, the documentation is pretty good
(http://www.mysql.org/doc/). It includes a tutorial. I don't think I've
ever actually looked at a book for MySQL, although I was using it quite a
bit three years ago or so. Of course, now I'd probably also take a hard
look at postgreSQL. I've heard a lot of good things about it recently.
