[Web4lib] Library Facebook profile shut down

There was a story in the IT trade press today that Facebook is facing a
revolt from some of its long-time users because they've opened up
membership to a larger population. They could be trying to salve some
wounds by cracking down on profiles that violate the letter of the AUP.
