[Web4lib] correction-css boxes

A correction to my question.  I am trying to insert a second css box into my 
page.  I want it to be parallel to the first box (next to it side by side).  
However, in the browser it appears quite a bit more down on the page for 
some reason.  In design view of dreamweaver, it appears side by side next to 
the first box.

I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions.
