[Web4lib] The digg.com model for academic literature

Good morning, folks!

I'm currently aware of Dissect Medicine (http://www.dissectmedicine.com) and
BioWizard (http://www.biowizard.com/) which utilize a model much like that
of digg.com in which the user base ranks items or articles.

Is anyone aware of other tools that do the same for other kinds of
academic/professional literature?

I would be pleased to receive answers directly via email.  If there is
