Didn't seem like an either or situation. Good CMSs are generally
bareboned and quite frankly not easy on the eye. Someone still needs
to apply the "human" touch to them
Back to regular programming....
I was not saying CMS's replace Web Admins. It makes the quality of
data. Any CMS vendor or developer who tells you otherwise, probably
will sell you snake oil also.
