[Web4lib] Joomla users?

It's worth noting that the cmsmatrix.org site has some dated information
about Joomla.  The matrix rates Joomla 1.0.7, and the current release is
1.0.11.  It seems like others have found add-ons to 1.0.x to accomodate
UTF-8, and Joomla 1.5, now in beta, should have native support for Unicode.
 
South Carolina State Library is using Joomla
(http://www.statelibrary.sc.gov/) and UT-Chattanooga will be launching a
Joomla site in the next few weeks (http://www.lib.utc.edu).   
 
We're currently using Joomla for a staff intranet and will likely revamp our
public site using Joomla over the next several months.
