[Web4lib] online giving resources

I just set up a donation site for our city's human services foundation
via Donor Town Square, a third party processor.
http://www.donortownsquare.com/dtshome.aspx The library's Friends
Foundation will likely use the same service (not yet set up). For legal
and accounting reasons, it's useful to have a third party to do some
recordkeeping, etc. The price is *very* reasonable (I think we had like
a $10 setup fee, with a small monthly charge on a percentage basis) and
so far their service has been good.

Be sure to run any choice by your library's attorney (city attorney,
university attorney) and any accounting people you have. You want to be
sure you're not violating any 501(3)c non-profit regulations or similar.
We had to make some adjustments to *where* the money was going in order
to keep in line with that.
