[Web4lib] Please use meaningful Subjects when posting

I tend to delete items without reading when I see subject lines like the
ones described below.

For the good of the list subscribers and in the interests of those who
might one day need to search the archives of this list, please use
meaningful Subject lines when posting messages.

"I need help," "A Question," and "Re: Web4lib Digest, Vol 18, Issue 8"
are not meaningful Subject lines.

Also, changing Subject lines when replying to a specific posting is bad
form, unless your post is meant to begin a substantially different
discussion.
