[Web4lib] Lack of discussion of Google CSE and Libraries

I don't know about "evil" intentions, Bill- but Google certainly has motives
that aren't being discussed much.  How about the fact that CSE provides
users with an incentive to annotate the web for Google (and to google's
benefit) via Google Marker?
